Pre-Paid Funerals - Are They The Right Choice For You?

Pre-paid funerals have gained popularity over the past few years. A Pre-Paid Funeral is one where the family and Funeral Director establish the funeral requisites and services that they wish to contract and pay for now, for provision at a future date.

There are many things to consider while organising a Pre-Paid Funeral, or if you plan to get one. In this Be Confident session, Consumer Rights WA will talk you through the pitfalls of a Pre-paid funeral and funeral insurance. The experts will give you more insight into the considerations you need to have of yourself and your circumstances in choosing if this is the right choice for you.

What are your thoughts on Mental Health?

Well-known linguist Dr Kate Burridge and her research team will be in Perth from 27 - 30 May - recording 30 minute interviews to study community attitudes to mental health (lived experience of mental health issues is not necessary). Interviews will be conducted at Connect Victoria Park on
