Some brain training apps enhance mental engagement and help combat cognitive decline which empowers people to stay intellectually active and connected. Before the presentation we will have an exercise session with Hannes to get our blood pumping and our brains ready to receive all the information about AI.

Next cycle starts on the 21st of March. We explore self-defense, volunteering and purpose, cognition and physical activity, sleep, resistance exercise, sustainability, and social drumming.

Out N' About - Wellington Dam - Book Now!

Monday 7th April 8am -5pm

Don't miss out on this opportunity to see the world's biggest Dam Mural!

Please book by next week to secure your spot in this amazing trip through this beautiful mural.

Join us as we leave the city via Forrest Highway for an exciting day of adventure. First stop Gnomesville where you can add a Gnome to the collection if you want to. Then on to Collie for lunch at the Federal Hotel which has many yummy options for lunch including garlic prawns and chicken satay sticks. We will then visit Wellington Dam to see magnificent mural and finally to Harvey Cheese for tastings and ice cream.

You may not expect a world-renowned artist to camp in the bush for four months while he’s creating the biggest dam mural on the planet. Nor might you think he’d dangle from ropes wearing a headlight, painting at 4am.

But Australian paintsmith Guido Van Helten isn’t your typical artist, and nor is the statement piece he coated 8000 square metres of the Wellington Dam wall with. The 34m-high, 367m-wide wall finished construction in 1960 and forms the second largest dam in Western Australia, after Lake Argyle.

Members $100, non-members $110.

Book your place on the link below
