To request a repair, please fill out the Maintenance Form and bring it to Connect's office (5 Mackie St). You can also find forms in the laundry in each block and at reception

You can read a copy of the manual here it sets out response times and identifies both tenant and Connect responsibilities. 

Our policy outlines what repairs are urgent, what constitutes cyclical maintenance and how we plan long term work around Connect's units. 

Connect is proud to have extensive gardens around our units. Tenants are welcome to help around the garden, we have a few ground rules for how to go about it. ​​​​
