What's On At The Hub 23/08/2024

Hello Everyone,

We hope everyone has had a great week, despite the heavy rain. As we look forward to spring in the coming few weeks, we're really excited to introduce a a few new and exciting things happening in the Hub over this period.

In October we will be hosting an Open Day as part of Active Ageing Week. The Open Day will be host to different stalls and organisations who are all engaged with empowering older adults in different ways. This will also be a precursor to Connect60+, a seven week wellness programme designed to tackle every dimension of ICAA'S Seven Dimensions of Wellness that is deeply embedded into everything we do at The Hub. This will bring you a plethora of fresh classes, workshops, talks and events every week. As members, you can pick and choose what you find interesting. In addition, if there is anything you would like to see added into this programme please let us know.

Our new Zumba class with DJ was unfortunately cancelled this week due to illness. We apologise to everyone who was looking forward to the class for such a late notice.

However, David will be back next week on Friday August 30 at 11.30am. We hope all of you are exicted to welcome DJ into the Hub. With his flaming pants, disco lights and electric energy, you know it'll be an amazing class!
