Social Singing at Connect 60+

Our Connect 60+ programme next week takes on social wellness. Today a quarter of Australians live alone. Feeling socially connected, especially in an increasingly isolated world, is more important than ever. Being able to get out in the community and connect with others doesn’t just affect your physical health, it also has implications for your sense of connectedness, happiness, and independence.

This week, we’re excited to host a morning of social singing, facilitated by David Harries and members of the Mackie Street Singers! Did you know that while singing people's heart rates synchronise making you feel more connected to others?

If you haven't yet checked out Mackie Street Singers yet here's a short video of them at the Summer Street Party this weekend.

Session is on Friday November 29th, at 9.00am. You can book below:

Wellness Measurement Day Next Week

This is a fantastic opportunity to track your progress against the ICAA 7 Dimensions of Wellness and gain insights into your overall well-being.

Measurement appointements won't take much of your time but in the fifteen minutes you spend with us, you can get a alot of insight into where you are at.
