Hello Everyone,


We visited park centre yesterday morning. Thank you to our lovely members for coming in and helping us spread the word around. Such a fun day and it was really great connecting with the community!




We have some booklets on a Guide To Making an Advanced Health Directives in the office. This had great information on starting your Advanced Health Care plan. Please come into the office if you would like one.

 

 Connect 60+ Starts Next Week


Register now fro Connect 60+ - this program comes at you with no cost and focuses on ageing actively, staying socially connected to the community and hearing from some great speakers about important topics on healthy ageing. It's great opportunity to try something new and learn about how to keep independent and healthy and you grow older.



Each week, our program explores one of ICAA’s seven dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, environmental, and vocational— through practical, interactive, and informative sessions.


Our schedule for the first cycle is as follows:
