You'll also find some interesting articles about issues that affect us all, as well as an interview with Monika Wong, our Tai Chi instructor.
The Wellington Dam bus trip is happening on Monday so don't forget the bus will be leaving from Connect at 8.00 am.
Due to popular demand, we will have another Sundowner on Friday 11th featuring live music by 'The Blues Blud'. So come on down and enjoy yourselves.

New Member Group
Jam Session Wednesday 9th, 2.30-4pm
If you play a musical instrument and enjoy making music with other people, why not consider joining a new hub member-led activity group? Jamming is a spontaneous and fun way to create music with other people without the pressure of trying to play a set piece of music perfectly. We know that some members can play the UKelele and guitar but all instruments are welcome. Percussion instruments always add a bit of oomph to a jam session or you might even play the harmonica.
If you are interested please speak to Hub member Gerard Siero or let us know at the front office.
