“Homes Sweet Homes” is a fundraising initiative of Connect Victoria Park Inc to support our new Community Housing development at 16 Leonard Street, Victoria Park.

Funds raised will help us turn this housing into welcoming homes for older single women at risk of homelessness and other local older people experiencing housing stress.
