My Story
I have a passion for advocacy and community building. I believe in the power of social interaction, empathy and good communication to empower people and build a supportive, thriving community.
I graduated with a Bachelors of Philosophy and Creative Writing and worked as a copywriter before I moved to Perth to start my Diploma of Community Service. I then worked as a support worker and volunteered with children. Working in the community was really fulfilling to me because of the ways I touched people’s lives and helped them towards independence and a sense of belonging.
Connect Vic Park is an organisation that embodies my values. I want to connect with members and the community to do all I can to make this a hub bubbling with excitement and activity and a space where people feel welcomed and included.
In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, reading, writing and going out for a movie at Luna Cinemas in Leederville.
