Each year, National Reconciliation Week (27 May – 3 June) invites Australians to reflect on our shared history and consider how we can contribute to a more respectful and united future. It is an important time to learn about the cultures, histories and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and to strengthen relationships between First Nations peoples and the wider community.
The 2026 theme, “All In,” encourages everyone to play their part in reconciliation. Being “all in” means committing to understanding, respect and meaningful action in our everyday lives—whether that’s listening, learning, supporting community initiatives or simply starting conversations about reconciliation.
At Connect, we believe our community is strongest when everyone feels welcome, respected and able to participate.
