Measurement Days

Village Hub members can opt to personally observe the impact of classes, groups, and events on their wellbeing. The program has integrated the International Council of Active Ageing's Seven Dimensions of Wellness, focusing on Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Vocational, Social, Spiritual, and Environmental aspects. Developed in collaboration with UWA and the WA Centre for Health and Ageing, members can assess mobility, strength, and balance, receiving a measurement record card to track and assess their progress over time.
