Leaving the Hub at 9.30 travel by coach to Lake Joondalup for morning tea. Continuing north into the shire of Gin Gin to the West Coast Honey factory and shop. View the extraction of honey (in season), live bee display and honey tasting. Try a honey ice cream in the cafe or find some thing special in the gift shop. Head to the coast for lunch at Cafe Amoore in Guilderton with a choice of fish or vegetarian quiche both served with chips and salad and followed by dessert with tea or coffee. There will be an opportunity after lunch to explore Guilderton before returning to the Hub at 3.30pm.
